  • Section 333 Exemption Application - The Klein Firm assists sUAS  clients petition the FAA for an exemption to operate commercially under the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012. Although the FAA has released its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as Part 107 of the Federal Aviation Regulations, it is not a final rule.  As such, those wising to operate sUAS commercially continue to required Section 333 Exemptions from the FAA.
