We have experience repossession aircraft on behalf of owners and other creditors.  Recently, our firm secured custody of and legally repossessed a Hawker 800 business jet on behalf of client/lessor, where lessee was in default of the terms of the lease and refused to return the aircraft.  Our services included everything from securing the aircraft in question, to obtaining a order from a court in which the aircraft was located allowing our client to lawfully repossess its property.
