Great Lawyers That You Can Afford

Great lawyers do not have to be prohibitively expensive.  Unfortunately, large law firms are genetically predisposed to practicing a one size fits all style of law designed only for the largest matters (and checkbooks). This is frequently unnecessary, often ineffective, and almost always wasteful, from both a time and financial perspective.  Our philosophy is simple: we tailor our services to each particular client and case, developing cost-effective strategies to maximize the probability of a positive outcome - not our bottom line.

We believe that client service is paramount.

Value does not have to mean sacrificing client service.  In fact, our firm model allows us to provide what we believe is an unparalleled level of service, one that is often lacking in larger firms where junior associates usually are more familiar with a case than the partner that is supposedly in charge.  At The Klein Firm, one attorney personally handles every aspect of a case from start to finish.  We give every client special attention, the same attention that we expect from our own service providers. That means being available and responsive – always.

We want you to win.

We think we’re pretty good at what we do, and we have the track record to prove it.  But we don’t know everything and there are some areas of practice where we don’t have significant experience.  We’ll give you an honest assessment of your case and our opinion on how best to proceed in order to win.  If that means engaging a different firm, we’ll be the first to tell you, and we’ll help you find the best lawyer for the job.

We are your “outside” in-house counsel.

We form relationships with our clients that go beyond providing legal services. We get to know your business as intimately as we can, and the result is that we often become trusted advisers –counselors providing general strategic advice even when disputes or other legal issues are not on the horizon.  We love practicing law, but nothing brings us greater satisfaction than when a client comes to us for advice on a non-legal matter because they have come to trust us, and value our judgment.
